Year 5 to perform at the Hanse festival

On Sunday 17 May, the Hanse Orchestra of King’s Lynn will be making their debut as part of the King’s Lynn International Hanse Festival.

This new baroque orchestra features some of Europe’s finest players on original instruments. Enjoy works by Telemann, Purcell, and Handel (the Fireworks and Water music).

Children from our school will be joining the orchestra in a performance of a new work, the Crazy Composers suite, in the Minster at 2.30pm. The Orchestra will then perform on King’s Staithe Square at 3.30pm. Enjoy a barbecue and drinks along with the music.
