Thank you Mrs Swain

Sadly, this term, Mrs Swain has made the very hard decision not to return to our school as she is still not physically fit. As many of you are aware, Mrs Swain received  a knee replacement in June last year and unfortunately, due to complications, it has left her in a lot of pain and still unable to walk as well as she would like. As Mrs Swain is still unsure about how long it will be until she is able to return to the classroom, she has made the very tricky decision to leave Whitefriars.

In her time with us, Mrs Swain proved herself to be an approachable and caring teacher who always had the children at heart. She added so much to our school and worked hard to provide the children with the best education possible. I am sure you will join with me in wishing her well in her future recovery.
