Sending postcards into space!

This term, Reception & Years 1-4 were given an exciting opportunity to design a postcard and have it sent into space. 🚀 We had loads of amazing entries, thank you all for all of your time and effort completing them! Your postcards were fantastic and we loved looking through them all. 🤩

At Whitefriars, we had 26 lucky winners whose postcards will now be sent off to the International Space School Education Trust, who will arrange for them to be loaded onto a Blue Origin Spaceship and then blasted off into space! Upon their return to Earth, Blue Origin will verify the postcards with a special “Flown in Space”, creating a lasting keepsake, and will mail them back to our school. 🪐
