Heatwave and Transition 2022!

Well done to all of the children who made it into school in the last few days. The children have spend the two days with their new teachers so these days are crucial for transition. Mr Tuckwood walked around the school several times and everyone seemed very settled in their new classes. The children were really sensible and stayed in the shade and drank lots! 

As a special treat to say a huge well done to the children and staff for surviving this heat, we organised ice poles and a visit from an ice cream van! All children and staff loved the ‘cool down’ treat!

Also, thank you to you as parents for ensuring your child/ren didn't miss these important days.
