Goodbye
Last night we had our final governor's meeting of the year and sadly we had to say goodbye to two very special people who have dedicated their time and effort to improving our school.
Firstly, Kelly Bowen, one of our Trust governors, is leaving after nearly 5 years of dedicated service! In her time at the school, she has chaired the Finance committee and been actively involved in monitoring the school’s progress. We wish Kelly all the best in her future endeavors.
Bob Cooke, who you may not know very well, has been part of our school for over 32 years. He isn’t a teacher or teaching assistant but has worked for the school, behind the scenes, as the clerk to our governing body. Bob has tirelessly given to our school and has helped to make it the school that it is today! Throughout all of the changes, he has offered invaluable advice which has helped the school to really move forward. We wish him a very relaxed and chilled retirement!
